Great place to do business

We had taken our Acadia into the service department because our temperature gauge was running cold and the fan was running on high. We had purchased an extended warranty as our other warranty had expired. They went to bat for us to get the repair covered. The General Manager of Sales gave a loaner car to use. We are very pleased with the Service Department

This was the best car buying experience of our lives. Ben found the vehicle we wanted at another dealership and brought it in. We took it for a test drive, he gave us a very reasonable price and then he took our information and worked with Sarah in Finance to get us an excellent rate on our loan. After that (1 hour total) he told us to go about our day and we scheduled to come back to the dealership at 4:00pm. In the interim, Ben called our insurance agent, had the car added to our insurance and got proof of insurance and registration for the vehicle. He also got the new car linked to our existing OnStar account. Sarah completed all the sales paperwork. When we came back at 4:00pm, the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Ben walked my wife through the various features while I worked with Sarah to sign the paperwork. Sarah laid out the various extended warranty options plainly and transparently, with zero sales pressure and sent me home with copies of the signed paperwork (which she also explained clearly item by item as I signed). We left with our vehicle at 4:45pm - a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes at the dealership. Ben and Sarah could not have been nicer or more professional. Again, an extraordinary car buying experience.

I went to the dealership Monday morning with no appointment. I had an issue Sunday with having to jump-start my vehicle to start it. Lauren met me and told me she would take care of things, and she did!! She called me within 30 minutes letting me know that I needed a new battery. It was ready later in the morning. Very pleased.

I had no appointment, but I had a "situation". Logan was great getting me in immediately and getting the problem taken care of that same afternoon. In addition, Logan explored all available options to keep the costs down. We are extremely pleased with all our interactions at Matt LaFontaine!

Very nice service personnel. Had a 60,000 mile checkup with fuel filter changed. Good news is there was no issues with our truck. Bad news is they forgot to change the fuel filter. They immediately remedied this and within 20 minutes we were on the road.

Not these guys... they really worked the problem and were eventually able to replicate and fix. Completely different experience than I've had at other dealers. Pertaining to my most recent visit, my rear brakes and tires 2022 Silverado 16k miles - “Service Rear Brake Pad Monitor ...Prematurely worn rear brakes and tires on a 2022 Silverado at 28,000 miles can be caused by a known GM brake line clearance recall, seized caliper pins due to poor lubrication, or aggressive driving habits. Specific 2022 models may have a rear brake line defect contacting the axle, causing leaks or uneven wear. Reasons for Premature Rear Brake Wear: Rear Brake Line Recall/Defect: GM Authority reported that some 2022 Silverado 1500s have a manufacturing issue where the rear brake line contacts the axle, leading to damage. Stuck Caliper Pins/Overheating: Facebook mentions that improperly lubricated pins or stuck pads can cause the rear brakes to lock, overheat, and wear out rapidly. Sensitive Sensors/Software Issues: Facebook indicates that the brake pad sensors can be overly sensitive, or the system may require a software reflash. Driving Style: CarParts.com notes that consistent high-speed, heavy braking—especially if towing—accelerates wear. Reasons for Tire Wear: Misalignment: Trucks that are frequently loaded or have suspension stress from towing can fall out of alignment, causing rapid or uneven tire wear. Underinflation: Lower pressure in tires leads to faster tread wear.rear brakes and tires, About myself I was a tool and parts SGT for the Army and worked with many mechanics before retiring. 1. We never used this truck for hauling. 2. We do not ride our brakes. 3. We hill that we go over are on 75 and 72 where you do not have to brake. 4. We do not drive high speed. When I purchased the truck, I was told it had new tires and brakes. Sense The first oil pan seal was installed I returned because there was a loose bolt loose in which I was worried the tire was going to fall off before I got to your garage. Shortly after I noticed the steering was off, so I brought it in for an alignment. Very recently I had the oil pan seal redone. We went in for an oil change and to have the tire sensor checked. After they were checked found out they had to be replaced. They had taken the time to see if they were covered on our warranty, however it wasn't. They did apply a coupon credit which helped.

They were amazing from when I pulled in with a broken truck to the time I pulled out with a Brand New One. The staff from the service dept. helped me out of a jam quickly diagnosing the problem of the truck, the sales staff was courteous and went out of their way to help me explore all my options. After all the help the best decision for me was to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a new one. In short order I was heading down the road and our weekend snowmobiling trip was saved. Highly recommend them and will use them for vehicles moving forward!

As always with MLF, it was an exceptional service experience. My wife was stranded on 27 with a drivetrain issue and Ben, who we’ve worked with on two car purchases, drove out (twice) while she waited on a tow truck and even sat with the vehicle and let her use his car to drive to the dealership, warm up and use the facilities. When the vehicle was towed you all gave her a loaner car and when she mentioned that she was heading to Mimi & Pippi’s to decompress over wine and dinner, MLF took the time to call the restaurant manager and asked him to take extra good care of her, because she’d had a hard day. Mike in service jumped right on the car and had it back to her the next day. You all are extraordinary.

I took my equinox for check engine light. They couldn't find anything, couldn't find anything. Charged me $320 and said they couldn't fix it. I got nothing for my money. I am not happy!!!!

Shane was great. I dont understand why when you guys sell a vehicle you dont fill the tank up. Everywhere I've gone they do that even if used. You guys dont do the free 3 months of Sirius either which im used to, even on used vehicles

Would have my service continued there if it weren't for the awful commute.
